 The 36 th annual Governor's Centenarians Brunch will be held on

at 10:00 a.m.

   If you know a someone age 100 or older, or someone who will reach their 100 th birthday before December 31, 2013, please fill out the

CENTENARIANS BRUNCH SURVEY

and return it to the Rhode Island Division of Elderly Affairs (DEA) via e-mail at kzaroogian@dea.ri.gov. by March 15.

Completed surveys can also be faxed to 462-0503.

 Centenarians who register with DEA by completing the survey will receive an invitation to the 36 th annual Governor's Centenarians Brunch from Governor Lincoln Chafee.
