HOME & HOSPICE CARE PROGRAMS

Hospice care focuses on the social, spiritual, and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and their loved ones. A hospice team usually includes a medical director, nurses, clergy, and other health care professionals. Medicare covers hospice services as long as the providing agency is a certified Medicare provider. Medical Assistance and most private insurance plans also cover hospice services.
