The RI Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Elderly (RIPAE) program helps you pay the cost of generic medications purchased during your Medicare Part D plan deductible. RIPAE also offers reimbursement to enrollees who enter the “donut hole” of their Medicare Part D plans.
